The Bastion Collection, a subsidiary of Crest Investment Company, is an internationally renowned hospitality group with nine distinct concepts, collectively awarded nine Michelin stars and three Michelin Keys since 2019, as well as a portfolio of exceptional real estate.  As one of the global leaders in Michelin accolades, The Bastion Collection stands at the forefront of culinary excellence in the hospitality industry.

Dedicated to epicurean excellence and innovation, The Bastion Collection is led by a team of operations leaders and award-winning global culinary experts that have developed and operate hotel and restaurant concepts in prestigious luxury properties and prime destinations in New York, Miami, Houston, and Geneva.  

At the helm is Culinary Director Alain Verzeroli, a longtime protégé of the legendary “Chef of the Century,” Joël Robuchon. Chef Alain leads a diverse team of chefs who together not only carry forward the French culinary DNA, but also seamlessly integrate international flavors into distinctive, high-end dining experiences.

In addition to its unique F&B brands, the portfolio proudly operates the only 2-Michelin Star Joël Robuchon concepts in all of the United States and Europe.
